83. The operator of an addiction resource who, on 4 August 2016, does not hold a certificate of compliance must, not later than 4 September 2016, submit an application for a temporary certificate of compliance with the integrated health and social services centre concerned and obtain from that integrated centre such a certificate within 3 months following the submission of the application.
